About the Role

As an Assistant Holiday Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of our holiday rental portfolio. Working closely with the Holiday Manager, you’ll oversee guest services, vendor coordination, and property operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both owners and guests. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, solution-driven professional looking to step into a leadership position in the holiday rental industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence – Oversee daily workflows, optimise guest experience processes, and ensure smooth property operations.
• Guest & Client Services – Provide frontline guest support, manage check-ins/outs, and handle escalated guest concerns.
• Vendor & Maintenance Coordination – Liaise with housekeeping teams and maintenance providers to maintain property standards.
• Property & Owner Support – Conduct inspections, liaise with owners on maintenance updates, and uphold compliance standards.
• Process Improvement & Reporting – Identify opportunities for efficiency, implement new technologies, and track business performance.
• Leadership & Team Support – Mentor team members, foster a positive work culture, and step in as Acting Holiday Manager when needed.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in holiday rentals, hospitality, or property management preferred.
✅ Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., RMS, Guesty, HomHero, Hirum) is a plus.
✅ Current Driver’s License required.
