The Joondalup Cath Lab is opening their long awaited second procedure room.
By July 2025 we will have a dedicated Cardiac Intervention room that includes structural heart procedures. Our second room will be shared between Electrophyisology & Endovascular services. Our team will be working in newly fitted out rooms supplied by Siemens with the latest ceiling mounted radiographic system the ARTIS Icono. As an Nurse in this unit you will be rostered to cover shifts Monday to Friday with a 24/7 oncall service. You will be rotating around the unit in the following positions which offer variety and exposure to all aspects of the patient journey. Scrub, Monitoring, circulating and recovery.
This is an exciting time for both Cardiology and Vascular services at Joondalup HC.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Previous Cardiac & Vascular interventional experience, including electrophysiology experience highly regarded.
- Training is also provided if you have previous Scrub / Scout experience or Critical care (ICU/HDU/CCU)
- Qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant post graduate qualifications is also highly regarded.
Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent, base salary ranging from $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr8)
