We are seeking a Manager Risk & Controls to join our Project Delivery Management (PDM) Controls & Assurance team.

Your New Role: Manager Risk & Controls – Controls & Assurance

The Manager Risk & Controls will lead and direct projects throughout their lifecycle focussing on managing cost, mitigating risk, scheduling, and change control. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and align with compliance standards.
  • Anticipate, proactively address, and report project risk to project deliverables.
  • Define areas of improvement and develop solutions for project lifecycle.
  • Lead and guide a high-performing team of project professionals.

What You Will Bring to the Team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience facilitating workshops.
  • Proven experience within the utility industry successfully leading a high-performing project team.
  • A Certificate Level III (or equivalent) in Electrical or Construction with working knowledge of ISO31000 Risk Management Standard.
  • Degree/Masters-level qualification in Engineering, Science and/or Project Management highly desirable.
