About the role

Territory Kids - Millner' is seeking a passionate and experienced Above Award Diploma Qualified educator to join our team in Millner, NT 0810. This part-time role is an incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children in our care.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional educational and care programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Building strong relationships with children and their families
• Documenting children's learning and development through observations and portfolios
• Collaborating with the wider team to continually improve our service
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience as an Above Award Diploma Qualified educator, preferably in a childcare or outside school hours care setting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues
• Ability to plan and implement high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational programs
• Passion for supporting the overall wellbeing and learning of children
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
