What We’re Looking For:

Passionate Lead Educator: Eager to contribute and grow within a dedicated team

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with children, families, and fellow educators

In-Depth Knowledge: Familiar with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework)

Independent Worker: Comfortable working autonomously and making informed decisions

Commitment & Excitement: Ready to be an active part of our vibrant community

Engaging: Ability to connect with children and their families on a personal level

Reliable Transport: Access to transportation to ensure punctuality

Flexible Availability: Able to work shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM

Montessori Experience: Preferred, but not essential – we welcome enthusiasm to learn and grow in Montessori pedagogy
