We are searching for the right person to join our fun & friendly team at Specsavers Subiaco as an Optical Assistant.

Whether you are meeting and greeting customers, providing advice on products or placing specialized orders, you’ll constantly be busy as no two days are ever the same at Specsavers. This exciting role will see you become a vital part of our store team, as you provide excellent customer service with our range of fashionable frames, audiology services and guiding customers trying contact lenses for the first time.

For the right candidate, full-time, part-time or casual positions will be considered.

About the Role

• Meet & greet customers
• Preform preliminary tests to support Optometrists
• Sell frame & lens combinations & provide advice
• Build strong rapport with customers and create a memorable experience

Desired skills & Experience

• Passion for customer service
• Retail/Health Care experience
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Communication skills and ability to work well in a team

We provide an in-depth onboarding program with on-the-job training so whilst optical experience is desired, it is not necessary.
