The Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our Rental Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems and is eager to support various clients and team members.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Daily receipting
• Managing direct debit and Centrepay arrangements on behalf of tenants
• Arrears management: phone calls, payment plans, assistance referrals
• Generating tenant invoices, such as water reimbursement
• Processing property and landlord fees
• Accounts payable of creditor invoices and landlord funds
• Liaise professionally with clients, addressing enquiries and providing support.
• Generating reports for financial summaries and division activity
• Support property managers with finance and administration tasks
• Lodging and refunding tenancy bonds
• Filing and upkeep of tenancy and property documents
• Data entry
• Study to obtain Property Management licence required
