They are now seeking a paralegal to join their supportive team, where these principles drive everything they do.

THE ROLE
As Paralegal your day to day duties will include:
- Preparing and prioritizing legal documents with differing deadlines
- Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy development
- Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines, and manage schedules for hearings, depositions, and other critical events
- Liaising with stakeholders and clients
- Perform any admin or adhoc tasks which may arise
- Assist with billable hours and preparing client invoices, ensuring accurate documentation of time spent on legal services

ABOUT YOU
To be an ideal candidate you will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate area of law
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
- A can-do approach to work
