We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Organiser and Digital Marketing Assistant- Part Time/Casual. This role is partly remote with some need to be physically in the office. You will be working with the Executive Assistant to a high energy International Business Consultant in Tweed Heads South, who works with large Corporate Government and Not for Profit clients.

The tasks of the successful applicant may include:

• Managing emails and correspondence (for events)
• Handling phone calls pleasantly and effectively
• Maintaining/updating physical filing systems (for events)
• Create flyers, posts and video content for digital marketing
• Managing the calendar (in time, for events)
• Making travel arrangements
• Providing creative input to Office Manager
• Support role to Office Manager

The successful applicant will have/be:

• Someone who performs best under high pressure, and fast moving situations.
• Someone who is methodical with setting priorities and completion, well organised, highly detail oriented, particularly with printed copy
• An astute listener with very good recall
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Pleasant, composed and considered under pressure
• Will naturally work fast, yet never rush, whilst always putting quality, rapport, and accuracy at the fore front
• Able to work easily and professionally with clients, suppliers from all levels, styles, and cultures
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Applications
• Experience in the eLearning environment, an advantage
