The Role & Business

Working as a standalone Estimator on refurbishment and Fit-Out projects to $15M, your average tender will be $1 - 4M. Spanning market sectors including Commercial, Retail and Hospitality you will be working with a Junior Estimator and a Pre-Con Manager.

With a minimum of 4 years' experience working as a commercial Estimator, you will have clear communication & presentation skills and have a track record of winning work through tender presentations allied with an accurate pricing record. Skills in Cubit and CostX are appealing but not essential and you will be commutable to their Head office in the CBD. They have a relaxed attitude to work flexibility / working from home and you will be treated as an adult to get the work done and not be micromanaged. They want to hire the right person and are open to different experience levels an Estimator can bring and will pay accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience

• You will have a minimum of 4 years' experience working as an Estimator in commercial construction within Australia
• You will come from either a construction trade or degree qualified background
• Experience pricing refurb & fitout projects is essential
• An adaptable, resilient and team focused work ethic is essential
• Skills using CostX and Cubit would be advantageous
• This role suits someone who enjoys estimating, wants homelife flexibility and doesn't want to be a number
