About the role

Supaguard Fencing, a leading provider of high-quality fencing solutions, is seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our team in Rocklea, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to the manufacture and assembly of our innovative fencing products.

What you'll be doing

Operate welding equipment to fabricate and assemble a variety of metal components and structures

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and precise work

Perform metal cutting, shaping, and finishing tasks using appropriate tools and machinery

Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety protocols

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes

Collaborate with the wider team to maintain efficient and effective operations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Welder or Fabricator, preferably within the fencing or related industry

Strong welding skills and proficiency in various welding techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
