Le Foote is hiring passionate and professional chefs with 2-5 years previous cooking experience in a Chef de Partie position who are interested in growth and career progression.

THE VENUE
The venue features a picturesque 70-seat courtyard restaurant, which is centred around a charcoal grill, along with an inviting, plant-filled wine garden. This is one the city's most charming dining experiences.
Located in the historic heart of Sydney, Le Foote is a European inspired restaurant and wine bar modelled on the all-day eating and drinking cultures of the Mediterranean. The venue has been widely praised by critics and guests alike, having won the Time Out Restaurant of the Year 2023 and most recently being featured on Conde Nast's Traveller's International Hot List for 2024.
THE MENU
Using only Sydney's finest suppliers, the Le Foote menu is a confidently restrained exploration of the Mediterranean, with an emphasis on quality ingredients and precise cooking. A rotation of freshly caught Australian seafood sits proudly alongside prime cuts of beef and dry aged pork. Much of this is prepared over charcoal on our custom Josper grill. Beautifully prepared vegetables, freshly shucked oysters, locally cured meats and classically luscious desserts also feature throughout the venue.

The successful applicant must be well versed in kitchen systems, and be able to work independently, but also as part of a well trained team. Someone who is driven by an eagerness to learn and to contribute alongside colleagues who value originality, enthusiasm and dedication to one's craft.
