The Position
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join their team in Woodridge, Brisbane. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing debtor deposits, credit card payments and COD transactions
• Conducting daily bank account reconciliations
• Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable on a daily and weekly basis
• Overseeing payroll, payroll taxes, superannuation, workers' compensation, and staff leave entitlements
• Reconciling business expenses and credit card statements
• Assisting with ALE orders, purchasing, invoicing, and distribution of license keys
• Data entry and administrative tasks when needed

This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with a strong grasp of accounting functions and administrative support skills.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A degree or certificate in accounting
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
• Familiarity with Netsuite software, highly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Strong organisational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach and willingness to help as needed
• High levels of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive financial data
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with internal teams and clients
