Job Description:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen relationships with clients and company partnerships
• Plan, execute, and manage campaigns and events
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events
• Create online and offline marketing content, ensuring it aligns with brand aesthetics
• Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that drive sales

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and lead generation
• Strong understanding of luxury branding and high-end aesthetics
• Experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts for engagement and growth
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the team
• Availability to work 30 hours per week, with flexibility to overlap in Australian time zones

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
• Excellent writing and communication skills

Salary:

AU$70,000 - AU$85,000 per year
