Role Overview:

Prestige and Performance is seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Technician to join our team at the Capalaba location. We’re looking for someone with strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for European vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic, service, repair, and performance upgrade work on VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Skoda, and Porsche vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining service requirements and options clearly.
• Manage and oversee workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of mechanics.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Automotive Technician (Trade Certification required).
• Previous experience with VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Skoda, Porsche, and Cupra vehicles is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong understanding of repair and servicing requirements.
• Customer service experience is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• A current manual driver’s license.
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the business.
• Workshop-quality tools.
• Familiarity with computer systems and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
