About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at italktravel and cruise Kensington. Working with our established client base you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and crafting tailored travel experiences for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for booking domestic and international travel for leisure and corporate clients
• Research and recommend the best travel options, including flights, accommodation, and activities
• Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all bookings are made accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and beyond
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination information, and travel supplier offerings
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related role within the travel industry
• Extensive knowledge of global destinations and travel products
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide personalised travel planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and account management software
• Reliable and able to work well in a team environment
