A leading consumer services company, driving impressive growth, is seeking an Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager for a short-term contract for immediate start. With a focus on operational excellence and a positive work culture, this role offers an opportunity to contribute an organisation in rapid growth. In a dynamic, innovative environment, you'll manage accounts payables and accounting, playing a key role in supporting the company's continued success.

In this exciting role, you will report to the Chief Finance Officer and provide end to end support in accounts payable to their allocated portfolio. Duties include.

• Daily wage analysis
• End-to-end accounts payable
• Improving AP systems and processes
• Reviewing and processing supplier invoices in line with company policies
• Reconciling corporate card transactions and payments
• Liaising with staff and clients
• Accurate fortnightly payroll delivery
• Improving payroll systems and processes
• Managing payroll-related payments (PAYG, taxes, deductions, superannuation, etc.)
• Handling accounts inbox and addressing queries
• Driving process improvements to create efficiencies across teams

To be considered, you should have proven experience in accounts payable. Proficiency in Xero is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Success in this position requires strong efficiency and the ability to meet deadlines.
