Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Registered Nurse (AHPRA Registered) – 5+ years of experience
✔️ Proven Leadership – 2+ years as a Care Manager or similar senior clinical role
✔️ Aged Care Expertise – Strong understanding of compliance, accreditation & clinical governance
✔️ Mentor & Team Builder – Passionate about developing and supporting nursing teams
