🔧 Mechanical Fitters – Day & Afternoon Shifts

📍 Location: Two Wells, SA.
🕒 Shifts Available:
• Day Shift – Monday to Friday
• Afternoon Shift – 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

Join a nationally recognised fresh produce leader operating one of the most advanced, automated facilities in the country. We’re looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters to maintain and optimise production machinery in a clean, glasshouse-style environment.

🛠 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Maintain conveyors, weigh heads, packaging equipment, palletisers, and crop workline systems
• Service and repair pumps, hot water systems, boilers, generators, and scissor lifts
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and carry out preventative maintenance
• Manufacture components and assist with mechanical upgrades or installations
• Complete work orders and report on completed jobs and improvement opportunities
• Uphold high safety and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled facility

✅ WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (Cert III or equivalent)
• 3+ years’ experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a fast-paced production environment
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working around conveyors, automation, pneumatics, and packaging lines
• Forklift licence preferred (but not essential)
