What You’ll Need:
🔹 Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
🔹 Experience in aged care kitchens OR bulk cooking (hotels, events, hospitals, etc.)
🔹 Strong knowledge of dietary needs & food safety regulations
🔹 Understanding of allergies & cooking to specific requirements
🔹 Valid Police Check
🔹 Up-to-date Flu & COVID vaccinations (some facilities may require flu shots)
🔹 Food Safety Certification (preferred)
