Exciting Opportunity: ICT Procurement Specialist – Whole-of-Government Contract Management

Are you a skilled ICT procurement professional looking to make a national impact? Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to play a key role in Whole-of-Government (WofG) single-seller arrangements.

If you have a strong background in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and procurement strategy, this is your chance to work on high-profile government ICT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee service delivery, stakeholder relationships, risk mitigation, and contract administration.
• Provide expert guidance on procurement processes, governance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with government agencies and private-sector partners to drive procurement success.
• Support the establishment and refresh of government-wide ICT arrangements.
• Lead procurement discussions and supplier negotiations.
• Develop sourcing strategies, draft contracts, and oversee evaluation processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ Must be an Australian Citizen
• ✅ Experience in panel arrangements, contract negotiations, and WofG procurement.
• ✅ Ability to develop and execute innovative procurement strategies.
• ✅ Confidence in engaging senior executives and industry leaders.
• ✅ Familiarity with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
• ✅ A proven track record in delivering solutions in complex environments.
