APS6 ICT Procurement and Contracts Managers – Exciting Opportunity!

Are you an experienced ICT Procurement and Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking skilled professionals to manage procurement activities from initial analysis through to contract negotiations. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure procurement processes align with best practices, deliver value for money, and comply with Commonwealth procurement policies. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic team across multiple procurement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including industry engagement, evaluation, and contracting.
• Provide high-level procurement advice to business areas and improve procurement practices.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage procurement activities to establish supply arrangements.
• Support contract negotiations and manage procurement risks effectively.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in ICT procurement, including hardware, software licensing, and professional services.
• Strong contract management skills, including renewals and supplier performance management.
• Knowledge of Commonwealth procurement frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Certificate IV in Government (Procurement and Contracting) is highly desirable.
