The Role

As a Business Systems Analyst in Payroll, you will be responsible for supporting the larger transformation journey to S/4 HANA whilst also driving innovations in payroll applications and processes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Innovation: Drive technology initiatives related to ERP and user experience.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and training resources.
• Improvements: Identify, build cases for change, seek approval, and implement improvements.
• Change Management: Deliver changes and projects with minimal issues.
• Project Execution: Plan and execute project tasks effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and maintain application performance.

What You Will Need

• Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst with in-depth understanding of SAP Payroll module.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ECC 6, Payroll configuration, S4/Hana, UX principles, and basic understanding of SAP FIORI.
• Knowledge: Experience in supporting SAP Payroll and related SAP processes (HR).
• Soft Skills: Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Project management and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Tertiary qualification in IT/IS/HR.

• Payroll Expertise: Demonstrated experience in SAP Payroll processes.
• Industry Experience: Mining industry experience.
• Australian Payroll: Understanding of the fundamentals of Australian payroll.
• Complex Projects: Experience working on complex payroll projects.
