Your key responsibilities

• Study various stages of a project by breaking them down into individual steps and developing suitable metrics for each one.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document current business processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of complex business processes, utilising advanced analytical techniques to identify areas for improvement and potential efficiency gains.
• Utilise process mapping tools and techniques to visually represent current and future state processes, highlighting pain points and potential enhancements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather insights, validate findings, and gain consensus on process improvement strategies.
• Provide clear and actionable recommendations for process enhancements, including proposing workflow changes, automation opportunities, and best practices adoption.
• Support the implementation of process improvements, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed

What we're looking for

• Proven expertise in process improvement design and implementation
• Extensive experience in process mapping and analysis
• Strong background in data collection and analysis capability
• Proficiency in process and system optimisation projects
• Lean Six Sigma / DMAIC certification - Essential
• Deep understanding and practical application of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma - Essential
• Business Degree tertiary qualification - Essential
• Project Management certification or degree - Highly desirable
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong self-management and organisational skills
