We have partnered with a well-known local property styling organisation recognised for its exceptional results and outstanding client service. Since its establishment in 2014, the company has consistently expanded its portfolio while maintaining high client retention rates.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Enjoy hands-on work. While experience in staging or styling is preferred, we value passion and eagerness to learn above all.
  • Be driven and energetic, understanding that hard work can be both challenging and rewarding
  • A keen eye for design and natural talent is essential, even if you lack formal experience as a property stylist
  • The ability to physically create an inviting space, using furniture, artwork and homewares; it involves more than just adjusting cushions.

  • The ability to stage and style properties based on photos and/or floor plans

  • Confidence in adapting to new situations, homes, and team members
  • A consistent pride in your work, seeing tasks through to completion
  • An above-average standard of cleanliness and completion

What your days will look like:

  • Assisting the Lead Stylist with furniture and accessory selections
  • Packing of accessories for installs
  • Working with the team to install furniture and accessories at properties within a timeframe and adhering to WHS Standards
  • Packing of inventory in sold properties with the team
  • Unpacking and restocking inventory in the warehouse
  • Training will be provided.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure every property looks amazing.
  • Taking initiative and working proactively with minimal supervision—initiative will be key to your success!
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is highly desirable; we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
