About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Salesperson with life experience to join our team at Award RV Superstore in Ferntree Gully, VIC. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality recreational vehicle accessories and equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products to meet their needs
• Maintaining an organised and visually appealing retail space
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Communicating with the management team to identify and address customer feedback and product trends
• Supporting inventory management and stock control processes
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the store

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, ideally within the automotive, outdoor or recreational vehicle industry. Alternatively a passion for caravan and camping
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A valid driver's licence
