Key responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues
• Maintaining a neat, organized, and well-stocked retail space
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Receiving and processing inventory deliveries, ensuring proper storage and organization in the warehouse
• Assisting with the delivery of products to customers as required
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the electrical or home appliances industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• A positive and professional attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company
• A valid driver's license and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy items
