The Role

Join our Victorian Housing Services team in a newly established role, providing end-to-end portfolio management. This position is based at our recently added Geelong complex, with travel to Moonee Ponds as required.

By building strong relationships with renters and rental providers, you will deliver a first class tenancy experience and unparalleled property management service, with the aim of retaining long standing rentals.

The Ideal Candidate should possess the following:

Mandatory:

• Current driver's license
• Current Agent's Representatives Course or a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Satisfactory National Criminal History Check
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites across Victoria
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders from a range of backgrounds
• Strong attention to detail, time management and prioritisation

Desirable:

• Qualification in Community Services
• Previous experience in social housing / real estate
• Familiarity with Console Cloud
