Your new role

Part-time (22.5 hours per week) 12-month fixed term contract located at Wagga Wagga, NSW

Annual Salary up to $85,120.35pro rata, plus Superannuation, NFP Salary Packaging, Paid Christmas shutdown and other generous leave provisions under our Enterprise Agreement.

Duties

The role is responsible for the timely delivery of project support and general administration assistance to the Director of Clinical & Community Programs. Reporting to the Director Clinical & Community Programs, the Administration and Project Support Officer is responsible for:

Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring projects under the Clinical Director’s portfolio, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Clinical Director, including scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate records, and preparing documents or presentations as required.

Maintain and organise data related to clinical services and projects, prepare detailed reports, and ensure compliance with organisational requirements.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication between the Clinical Director, staff, and partner organisations.

Maintain community service and RACR promotional and contact material.

What you’ll need to succeed

Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and anticipate the needs of a dynamic workplace, showcasing intuitive problem-solving abilities and high level attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions, with a strong aptitude for building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders in a clinical and non-clinical setting.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively across various formats and collaborate with team members, leadership, and external partners.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and navigate client record management systems, ensuring efficient data entry, reporting, and system utilisation.
