- Large Warehouse Projects (D&C)
- Business Park Developments
- Retail Developments
- Bus and Train Stations
- Schools (Green and Brownfield projects)
- Projects between $2m - $45m
THE ROLE
As a contracts administrator you will be responsible for running projects with your Project Manager from start through to completion & your key duties are as follows;
- Submitting RFIs, Progress Claims & Documentation.
- Attending Site Meetings and creating financial reports.
- Procurement of materials & sub contractor prices at competitive rates
- Communication with all stakeholders - Site team, Architects & Sub Contractors
- Breaking down, vetting & letting sub-contractor packages
- Managing variation claims from subcontractors
YOU
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial projects.
- Preference for local experience in Australia/Victoria.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, capable of working across multiple platforms.
- Ability to manage two projects concurrently.
- Skill in cultivating enduring relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades, and subcontractors throughout Victoria.
- Experience with D&C projects highly favourable (though not essential)
- Dedication to fostering lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades, and subcontractors.
- Collaboration with like-minded individuals who value a positive and humorous work environment.
