About the role

Next Generation School of Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant team at our centre in Hammond Park, Western Australia. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that support the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of children
• Provide a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment that fosters creativity, curiosity and a love of learning
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families, and regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress
• Observe and document children's learning and development, and use this information to tailor lesson plans and activities
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to implement the centre's curriculum and policies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Early Childhood Educator in a regulated childcare setting
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, inclusive care and educational experiences
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid Working with Children Check
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
