About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Venue Manager to lead the restaurants within Hinchcliff House, including Grana, Lana, and Grana Privato. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of venue operations, lead a high-energy team, ensure exceptional guest experience and cultivate a positive, growth-driven work environment.
About the Venues:
Grana & Grana Privato
Grana, our Italian restaurant in Hinchcliff House, is built on a foundation of quality, care, and authenticity. Our menu showcases fresh, high-quality produce in an approachable way, while our drinks are crafted to be simple, well-made, and delicious. Paired with warm and genuine hospitality, we welcome guests from lunch through to late evening, seven days a week.
Expanding on the success of Grana, we have reimagined Level Two of Hinchcliff House as Grana Privato - a versatile private restaurant. Designed to accommodate both smaller groups and larger gatherings of up to 90 guests, we are seeking to elevate the experience of group dining, in response to the more-than-frequent request to cater for larger groups. Here, the celebrated Italian-inspired menu of Grana is offered with a touch more exclusivity - served from the exclusive kitchen and complemented by the private bar
Lana
Lana is one of our 1 hatted restaurants, where Executive Chef Alex Wong brings a combination of European / Asian cuisine with a touch of elegance and modernity. The venue is feminine and fun, with a pink marble bar and table tops, a DJ playing on the busy services, and a high end food and beverage offering. The team are experienced and passionate about guest experience and we delight in exceeding expectations for our guests.

- Have proven experience as a Venue Manager across multiple sites.
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
- Have a strong understanding of financial metrics, including labour costs, beverage COGS%, and revenue management.
- Proven track record in team training and development.
- Experience in forecasting and rostering.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high venue standards.
- Proven ability to manage your time effectively.
