What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading key cellar operations – fruit processing, pressing, blending, filtration, and barrel work
• Training and supervising vintage cellar hands, ensuring a high-performing team
• Supporting the winemaking team with hands-on involvement in production decisions
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and sustainability
• Playing a key role in bottling operations and winery infrastructure care

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in winery cellar operations with a passion for winemaking
• Team player with strong leadership skills ready to mentor and support others
• Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality wines
• Forklift licence
