Salary: Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commissions

We’re now looking for a commercially minded and results-driven Account Manager to take the lead in driving large-scale commercial solar sales (100kW–750kW). This is a fully remote role, ideal for a proactive sales professional confident in managing high-value opportunities from lead generation through to contract closure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with C&I clients, councils, and government bodies
- Respond to large-scale solar enquiries and convert warm and cold leads into successful sales
- Gather project details and coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate, tailored proposals
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM system
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handover and delivery of sold projects
Success Metrics
- Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- High conversion rates from lead engagement to contract close
- Strong client retention and referral business
- Accurate and up-to-date CRM activity tracking for pipeline visibility
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in large-scale commercial solar and battery.
- Solid understanding of solar technology, energy systems, and industry regulations.
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of closing cold and warm leads, ideally with C&I and government clients
- Proficient with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently from a home office.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
