About the role:
Our client is looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced Claims Administrator to join their Restoration department.
The company is a tier one, award-winning National Insurance Builder, known for its longstanding partnerships with major insurers and a rapidly expanding portfolio of projects.
This position offers a dynamic range of responsibilities, including general administration, customer support, communication with insurers, property owners, contractors, and laborers, as well as invoicing, data entry, and reporting.
This is a great opportunity to secure a stable role in a supportive, values-driven environment where teamwork and collaboration are key.
Why join?
This is an exciting time to join a growing team that is focused on becoming the leading builder and restorer in the insurance industry.

Duties and responsibilities:
Provide empathetic and supportive assistance to customers by managing a portfolio of insurance claims.
Proactively oversee claims, delivering outstanding customer service while meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and client portals.
Receive training and support to develop your skills and contribute to the broader team’s success.
About you:
You’re enthusiastic about learning and comfortable making phone calls with a positive attitude.
You can work independently and with attention to detail.
You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, customers, partners (such as trades, brokers, and loss adjustors), and team members.
Ideally, you have prior experience in a claims management role within residential or commercial insurance, either for an restorer (highly advantageous), builder, or insurer.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong computer literacy.
