Position Overview:

Fizz Kidz Party Hosts are the heart of the party experience, responsible for delivering fun, creative, and engaging events for children and their families. This role involves facilitating hands-on activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment, and creating memorable moments that align with the Fizz Kidz mission of empowering children through creativity and play.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Facilitation

• Lead and facilitate birthday parties, holiday programs, and other events with enthusiasm and energy.
• Engage children in creative activities such as craft-making, games, and interactive storytelling.
• Ensure all activities run smoothly and on schedule during events.

Customer Interaction

• Welcome families and guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Communicate effectively with parents to address questions or special requests during events.
• Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

Safety and Cleanliness

• Ensure the safety of all children by supervising activities closely and adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of the studio before, during, and after events, including cleaning up craft materials and party supplies.
• Follow allergy management procedures to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other party hosts and studio staff to deliver seamless events.
• Assist in setting up party decorations, materials, and equipment prior to events.
• Support team members in resolving any issues that arise during parties.

Brand Representation

• Uphold the Fizz Kidz brand by delivering high-quality experiences that reflect creativity, excitement, and professionalism.
• Represent Fizz Kidz positively in interactions with parents, children, and community members.
  

Qualifications:

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience working with children in settings such as childcare, education, or entertainment (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage children and interact professionally with parents.
• Energetic personality with a passion for creativity and play.
• Working with Children Check.

Preferred Skills

• Background in arts, crafts, or creative activities is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage groups of children effectively while maintaining a fun environment.

• Creative thinker who can adapt activities to suit different age groups or preferences.

Work Conditions
