About the Role

You’ll work with clients and candidates across Australia, building strong relationships and providing tailored recruitment solutions for the growing aged care sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a permanent or contract Aged Care desk, depending on your expertise.
  • Identify market gaps and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Develop innovative candidate attraction and retention strategies.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates using creative approaches.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job brief to placement and follow-up.
  • Provide a professional, high-quality experience for clients and candidates.
  • Build a strong online and social media presence to support business development and talent attraction.

About You

You’re driven, self-motivated, and thrive on building relationships and achieving results. You have agency recruitment experience and a proven ability to grow a desk.

You will have:

  • Experience managing permanent or contract desks, ideally in Aged Care or healthcare.
  • A consistent billing record in previous roles.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • A passion for relationship building and career matchmaking.
  • An interest in healthcare or aged care (preferred but not essential).
