Your Day…

Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you will be an integral part of our cafe team. We’re looking for Chefs who can work during a fast-paced, a la carte, event and cafe style service and who take pride in what they do and genuinely love customer service and cooking.

Our chefs help to set the standards for the whole Food & Beverage Team by displaying a passion for hospitality and cuisine and the motivation to deliver an exceptional food experience to our guests.

We're open 7 days a week, 365 days per year, with evening and weekend shifts, so your availability is essential to be successful for these vacancies. You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.

We’re looking for…

• Recognised cookery qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a hotel, cafe or a la carte restaurant.
• A passion for cuisine with a strong focus on food quality and presentation.
• Motivation, commitment, and attention to detail.
• Impeccable presentation and the ability to engage with customers.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends, and peak holiday periods.
• Full working rights in Australia.
