Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive cost estimates for infrastructure and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant data for accurate cost planning.
• Analyse project plans, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate pricing.
• Manage and update cost databases, ensuring up-to-date information is available for all estimations.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and potential challenges in the estimation process and communicate effectively with the project team.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
