Pacific Facilities Maintenance is a locally owned and operated Canberra multi-discipline commercial building services maintenance provider for the ACT and surrounding region. Specialising in the HVAC Mechanical, Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing and Building/Ground Maintenance.

Due to the ongoing demand of our Grounds & Building Maintenance services across various portfolios, Pacific Group has an opening for a suitably competent gardening, grounds and general handy-person.

Candidates who possess skills in the below categories would be viewed as favourable:

• General Maintenance: Able to conduct basic maintenance items such as Installing locks or door handles, fixing blinds, painting etc
• Grounds Maintenance- Lawn mowing, weeding, fertilizing, hedging, pruning, mulching etc

Competencies, Skills and requirements;

• Current driver's license.
• Working with Vulnerable People Check- Or willing to complete an application.
• Current Police Check or willing to complete an application.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional and presentable demeanour.
• Take direction and ability to communicate.
• Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety and Safe Work practices.
