Candidate:

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

• Strong technical understanding of Truck and Trailer parts
• Desire/capacity to introduce higher levels of customer service to the local market
• Proactive, reliable, self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills and effectiveness in prioritising multiple tasks
• Be a team player with great attention to detail
• Experience in procurement and inventory management
• Strong communication skills
• Capacity to work in a small but dynamic team
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Current manual driver's licence

Tasks and Duties:

• Timely responses and efficient management of customer inquiries from the counter, phone and email
• Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation
• Assisting other team members in daily transactions
