Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service within the service department.
• Guide customers seamlessly through the service appointment process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
• Maximize efficiency and manage costs while delivering top-quality service.
• Promote relevant vehicle parts and accessories to customers.
• Stay up-to-date on service campaigns and effectively communicate them to customers.
• Prepare repair orders, invoices, and all necessary documentation.
• Update customer records and handle parts orders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Service Advisor
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong IT skills and the ability to manage various software programs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships
• Technical or mechanical qualifications are a bonus
