As a Contact Specialist at Caring for You Nursing Agency, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and members. This is a casual position based in our office in Hamilton, QLD 4007. Contact Specialists act as the first point of contact throughout our booking process, ensuring that all client and member enquires are actioned in a timely manner. This role requires speed, efficiency, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Booking shifts by communicating with the client and member across multiple channels of communication including phone and email.
- Answering inbound calls from clients, efficiently addressing their questions and concerns.
- Conducting outbound calls to clients and members communicating important information regarding upcoming shifts.
- Documenting client interactions and updating client records accurately.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Proactively following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when documenting member interactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to grow and learn within a customer-focused environment.
What we're looking for
- People-person who enjoys interacting with others over the phone and has a professional phone manner
- Ability to handle customer interactions with efficiency, empathy and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in a customer service, call centre or client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Thrives in a very fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and relevant regulations and compliance requirements
