The Role:

• Work as a casual Registered Nurse within the ED, acute care, aged care units in the North Eastern Soldiers Memorial Hospital.
• Patient care: triage, assess, and treat patients with urgent care needs and coordinate the acute and aged care nursing care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, communicate patient progress and ensure continuity of care.
