Description

As a fromwork member of the construciton team you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process and installation of precast concrete products.

Your responsibilities will include:

 Interpret Blueprints and Drawings

 Measure and Layout

 Prepare Formwork Materials

 Construct and Install Formwork

 Install Reinforcements

 Concrete Pouring Preparation

 Dismantle Formwork

 Repair and Maintain Formwork Equipment

 Collaborate with Other Trades

 Quality Control and Inspections

Profile

To excel in this formwork role you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Proven experience and expertise as a Form Worker.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
• Demonstrated capability to work unsupervised and produce work to a high standard.
• Can set up and run jobs with limited supervision
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to adhering to safety protocols.
