POSITION DESCRIPTION

NCH Australia is looking for a competitive, confident, and self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to fill this growth-oriented Business development candidacy Program opportunity in our lubricants division. Initially, this role will function as an Outside B2B Sales Representative to sell a variety of Lubrication solutions to new and existing customers in an industrial setting. In this business to business sales role you will focus on prospecting, business development, and building long-term partnerships with your customers using various networking methods. After developing their own territory, and completing the program this individual will transition to a sales management position focused on the growth, development, and retention of Outside B2B Sales Representatives Australia wide.

REQUIREMENTS

• Outgoing and motivated personality
• Competitive mindset with robust work-ethic and coachable attitude
• History of personal, professional, and organizational stability
• Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
• Not essential to have sales experience be successful in the role
• Valid full Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Basic computer skills and internet access
