Tired of being just another cog in the IT machine? Our Perth-based MSP client is rewriting the rules of tech support, and we’re helping to find them a Level 2 Systems Engineer to be part of the change they’d like to do in their company.

We're seeking a professional who:
· Approaches each challenge with fresh eyes and innovative thinking
· Balances technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills

Your role will involve:
· Supporting business clients across M365, security, Essential 8
· Administering and supporting Exchange Online and SharePoint
· Supporting security measures (MFA, DLP, conditional access)
· Learning and starting to implement processes using PowerShell and NCentral RMM
Technical skills desired:
· Admin and support knowledge of M365 suite
· Experience with Fortigate and intermediate level networking knowledge
· Some knowledge of DKIM, DMARC, and SPF records and what they do
· Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud and on-premises environments
