At Slab Culture, we specialise in polished concrete benchtops, GFRC casting, and outdoor modular kitchen joinery with custom cabinetry – and we’re looking for a hands-on cabinet maker or carpenter to join our growing team.

You’ll work in a clean, air-conditioned workshop and enjoy a great team culture with plenty of variety in your day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your experience and interest, your role can be focused on: ✅ Factory work – mold making, casting, joinery assembly, polishing
✅ On-site installation work – fitting concrete benchtops, joinery installs

Key tasks may include:

Fabrication and assembly of modular joinery

Mold making and GFRC concrete casting (training provided)

Polishing and finishing concrete benchtops

Site installs of kitchens, benchtops, and cabinetry

Reading cutting lists and workshop drawings

Operating hand tools and factory-based machinery

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in joinery or carpentry

Solid skills with tools, materials, and machinery

Comfortable in either a workshop or on-site environment

Willing to learn new materials and methods (concrete experience not required)

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork mindset

Forklift licence is a bonus (or willingness to get one)

Driver’s licence preferred
