About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and passionate cabinet maker / joiner to join our custom joinery manufacturing team. You'll be crafting high-quality joinery and bespoke fitouts, working with a tight-knit, high-performance team that takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and assemble custom joinery from concept to completion
• Read and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings
• Operate a range of machinery and hand tools
• Maintain strict WHS procedures and standards
• Work within tight deadlines without compromising on quality
• Be a team player, sharing your knowledge and supporting and mentoring others where needed

About You

You love the craft of cabinet making and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You know your way around a set of plans, can problem-solve on the go, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every project is different. Whether you’re on the tools or collaborating with the team, you’re all about precision, efficiency, and teamwork. To be successful, you’ll need:

• Trade-qualifications in cabinet making / shopfitting
• Proven experience in custom joinery manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• To be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent teamwork & communication skills
• Ability to read and understand plans inside out
