Customer Service Manager – North Ryde RSL Club

As our Customer Service Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all, leading a team of passionate staff to deliver top-tier experiences for our members and guests. Whether it’s creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring seamless operations, or implementing innovative service strategies, this role is all about making a difference – and having fun while doing it!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service every single day.
- Overseeing the smooth operation of multiple departments, ensuring members and guests have a fantastic experience.
- Implementing and refining service initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Training, mentoring, and developing staff to create a strong, service-driven culture.
- Managing customer feedback, resolving issues effectively, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Working closely with senior management to contribute to club-wide success and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- A dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong experience in customer service management, preferably in the clubs, hospitality, or gaming industry.
- A hands-on approach, ready to jump in and lead by example.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – you know how to turn challenges into opportunities.
- A team player who loves mentoring, coaching, and motivating staff to bring out their best.
- Knowledge of club operations, gaming regulations, and compliance (or a willingness to learn!).
